Assets Panel Blank

I have the latest version of Captivate (11.5.1.499).  I'm running an updated version of Windows 10.  

The assets panel is not working and constantly seems to have problems.  More than half the time I open it, everything in blank, like there are no assets available.  This is not in the downloads, it's in the Assets tab itself.  I used to be able to download icons and all sorts of things and today it's all blank.  I've restarted twice, with no changes.  Anyone have a fix, or is this just another example of what i can continue to expect.  

Note:  Our organization will likely be switching to Articulate.  I've dealt with these glitches for long enough.
