A client wants a quiz designed with the answer immediately following each question. The intent is that, right or wrong, the learner can see what the correct answer is and why before moving on to the next question. Is that possible to set up in Presenter?
You can do this. The challenge is then working with a PPT deck as a non-linear presentation.
You would need to set the navigation paths based on the correct or incorrect response for the quiz question and then use the Slide Manager tool in Presenter to make sure the content slides navigate to the next quiz question rather than show both the correct and incorrect feedback slides.

I actually discovered this after I made the post. It requires a bit more planning to ensure the slide numbers are correct, but it's easy enough to do. Thank you for your assistance!
