We want to make video based training in HTML5 with a menu, and keyword search within the videos from a transcript so you can go to that point in the video. Can Captivate do this?
Personally I have not done this at all. You can make an interactive video, with bookmarks and create a menu to jump to those bookmarks. Here is an example:
