Using captivate's closed captioning, I am having a problem with multiple pages that after the first set of text when the CC is supposed to go to the second set the CC box goes blank until you close and reopen the CC box.

I am trying to avoid a total rebuild if possible.

Any advice or theories are welcome.

10.0.0.192 is what I have currently but we don't want to update because the client doesn't want the required play page.

Fine, tell your client that their learners should NEVER upgrade browsers nor use Chrome.

And you'll have to cope with the bugs, one of them was linked to CC.

So I should take that as this is a know issue for previous versions? That's an acceptable answer if so. We will just have to rebuild with a better way to do Closed Captioning.
