Captivate 2017 Quiz Troubleshooting

I have made a quiz and am having a problem with the failure function.  On passing, it works fine and proceeds to the congratulations screen.  Failure, however just stops.  I have it set in quiz preferences to jump to the failure slide.  On the failure slide (on enter) I have it set to continue.  Anyone have ideas on where else to check?

Are you talking about he Fail Grade action in the Quiz Preferences? How many attempts do you have on Quiz level?

The Failing Grade action is only done after the last attempt, not after each failed attempt.
