We updated the team (6 people) to the latest Adobe Captivae 2019 v18.104.22.168 at work and everything looks great except for Assets.
When Assets is launched at work all anyone gets is a blank screen (screenshot attached).
If I launch Assets from home (personal license on different computer) everything works fine.
Our support staff has been working with Adobe Support for about a week and no solution so far.
Has anyone found a work around or solution for this?
Is anyone else having the same problem?
Yes, some of us experienced the same issue - the new Assets browser does not work when you're behind company firewalls/ connect through proxies. I know of no fix.
Is there any offical word on if it is in process of being fixed?
Cant find anything in the forums with the existing post limit usability bugs.
