I am using Captivate 2019. I make a simulation, add my audio files and I need to turn it into an MP4. I need to add Closed Captions to this project. I need them to be able to be turned on and off inside of the MP4. I know how to add closed captions before I turn it into the MP4 but I dont know how to make them function once it is an MP4

A video file, such as an MP4, is not an interactive format.  The closed captions you add in Captivate do not get published out with the MP4 because they are part of the skin, not the content.
