Captivate 2019 error has occured during activation

So this error message started appearing today. I can't log in to my account in adobe captivate 2019. I uninstalled and then reinstalled but to no avail, I still get the same message. I've restarted and I've signed out of creative cloud app then signed back in and again, to no avail. Any suggestions would help.

C'est la même chose pour moi.

Captivate s'ouvre dès que j'ai donné mon code d'achat, puis il recommance indéfiniment à me redemander mon code d'achat.

Y a t il une solution, merci.

Pourriez-vous clarifier svp? Est-ce qu'il s'agit d'une license perpétuelle, qui nécessite un code, ou d'une license de souscription ou il ne faut qu'un ID Adobe? S'agit-il de la version 11.5? Est ce que vous avez l'application CC ouverte?

C'est une licence Perpétuelle comme enseignant travaillant pour l'IUT
d'ANNECY 74370.
La personne d'Adobe affirme que le code est bon, il est fourni avec le
code du paiement bancaire.
Normalement je n'ai ouvert que CAPTIVATE 2019 dernière version.

Ce serait bien qu'une fois pour toute, ce code soit attaché, à la fois
au code d'accès et aux ordinateurs qui
m'appartiennent - éventuellement avec un code APPLE, puisque je n'ai que
du matériel APPLE.

Bernard, n'insérez jamais votre coordonnées dans un forum public. Je viens d'enlever votre adresse e-mail.

Puisque vous êtes sur Mac, je ne peux pas vraiment vous aider. Je vais essayer de contacter un ingénieur d'Adobe Captivate, mais je crains qu'il vous répondra en Anglais. Il est toujours possible d'utiliser la 'Translation' prévu à ce but.
