Captivate 2019 Learning Interactions Image Zoom

I am trying to utilize the Learning Interactions Image Zoom. In my preview it works great. Yet once it is publsihed no image appears when you select the zoom indicator. I have tried various browsers.

Any advice

I should preface with this is a normal captvate project, not a responsive project. In addition, I am testing through my LMS published file.

After researching futher the imae zoom interaction is still utilzing flash.

I publsihed as swf/html5 and it works great in IE and Edge.

I hope that Adobe is making this interaction compatible with HTML5 very soon.

Do I understand correctly that you are using dual publishing to both SWF and HTML? Please try to publish only to HTML in that case. My apologies if I misunderstood.

BTW Most learning interactions were originally SWF-based but they have been made compatible on runtime with HTML5 output.
