I would like to create a  module where the learner will need to fill out a type of registration page with information so that when they finish the training module they receive a certificate of completion.  I was told this is possible in Captivate.

Is there a tutorial for how to do this in Captivate 2019?

Thank you,

You can indeed use the Certificate Interaction to create a certificate.

If you are using a LMS, it is possible that the user variable cpQuizInfoStudentName is already populated from the account of the student. Several other fields are taken from system variables (like Date). To have the correct name of the course you need to fill in the fields under File, Project Info. It is possible to add a signature (image).

We are not using an LMS.

These will be housed on a webpage for CLE credit for professions.

In that case you have to populate the user variable cpQuizInfoStudentName. You can do so by adding a Text Entry Box to ask for the learner's name. Make sure to attach that TEB to cpQuizInfoStudentName instead of the generic variable. It needs to look this way:
