Hello I am on Captivate 2019 and Windows 10. Captivate crashed on me last week and gave me a message to uninstall and re-install, which I did. It is now in a loop of sign in required. It seems like it will work then all of a sudden the sign in required prompt is displayed again. Does anyone know how to fix this? thank you!

I guess this is an issue for the Adobe Customer Support. Try Download & install help. There's a Contact Us section close to the bottom of that page.
