Captivate 9 crashes every 10 minutes (libcef.dll error=)

So captivate are keep on crashing about 25-30 times every work day. 
This is the error from event viewer. Any thoughts?

I would suggest you need to uninstall and reinstall Captivate again.  It's quite possible that some recent Windows Update or recent installation of another app has created a DLL conflict (known in the IT industry as "DLL hell").

 

After reinstalling, make sure you reset your Preferences again to get a completely clean start.
