We are moving our Captivate projeccts to Docebo LMS. All of our Captivate projects include an exit button at the top of each slide and on the last slide.  When users click the exit button when viewing the project in Docebo using Chrome, the user is taken entirely out of Docebo and not returned to the course to complete the remaiming lessons.  This does not happen in Firefox or Edge/IE - users are taken back to the course.

Chrome version: Version 87.0.4280.66 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Adobe Captivate Version: 2019 11.5.1.499

Has anyone else experienced this issue or is aware of a solution?

Thank you.

You posted the same question in the eLearning community as well.

I never used Docebo. To see if it is typical for this LMS, could you try the course in SCORM Cloud?

Thank you for the reply.  We are working with our LMS vendor to address this issue, as it now appears that the action occurs in other courses as well - not just our Captivate courses.

Regards,

Cheryl
