Find this situation always bit weird: eLearning developers requiring life training. I have trainees in most continents, and find a Connect training session maybe more personalised than training in a classroom, and it 'should' sound familiar for those developing that type of courses. Kidding....
No, cannot answer you with a suggestion. Beware: good trainers are rare.... Sometimes I believe the USA saying 'Those who cannot do it, will teach it'.
