I have a slide with an image of a kitchen, with buttons on different items. The buttons play a short audio each. I want the user to be able to click on the buttons as many times as they want and listen to the audio. I have a "Continue" button, and I want the user to be able to keep clicking the other buttons until they decide to go to the next slide by clicking "Continue". Please tell me there's a simple way to do this. I have looked at other discussions but I just don't get it.
You don't mention the version you are using but I suppose it is not too old. In that case the solution is VERY simple.
Use each button to trigger ONE simple command:
Play Audio.... indicating the audio clip
Check the Properties panel and UNCHECK the option 'Continue Movie..'
Make sure all buttons have their pausing point at the same location. For the Continue button: pausing point can be at the same location, or you can take it out, or it can be later but never before the pausing point of t
