My organization has a subscription for Adobe Captivate (2019). I recently switched computers and in the process of re-insatlling Captivate on my new computer, it keeps prompting me for a Serial Number and won't let me sign in to activate.

Do you use the Adobe ID which is linked to that subscription license?

I am sorry, but as a user cannot help you with this problem. Can you contact Adobe?

It's possible that your organisation did not think to de-authorise Captivate on the previous computer and that means that Adobe thinks you have exceeded the number of allowed installs.  You would need to either go back to the other computer (if possible) and de-authorise Captivate there, or else you will need to contact Adobe Support so that this can be done from their end to allow you to use the same license on your new computer.
