Captivatie 2019

I have the test version of captivate 2019, but unlike my peers, i can't open any document that was created by them. I can only open what i created.

Probably incompatibility. There have been 6 releases under CP2019.

If you cannot open a project from your peers, they probably are on 11.5.... and you are on 11.0. In that case they should be able to open your projects, but not the other way.
