Catch the AlphaNums Widget Not Displaying in Browser

I use Cap now one out of 5 projects (2019 installed) but I customized and inserted the "Catch the AlphaNums" game in my HTML5 project and the widget does not display.

I have tried in CHROME, I.E. and Edge.

Any suggestions, or has this never been updated since 2017?

Also, the "Instructions" never displayed even in Preview Mode. This was noted as a bug by Lilibiri 2 years ago.

Did you test after publishing and uploading to a webserver? Are you on 11.0.1.266?
