At the Quiz Results slide the Review Area Text Box has the option to change Text Font and Size, but not the alignment option. However, the Text Boxes for Default Hint, Success or Failure have this option. Is there a wayto change the Alignment to the Review Area Text?

No.  There is no default formatting option to change this in the settings.  You should log an enhancement request for this and add your name to the list of people wanting it.

In the meantime, the alternative is to NOT use the default Review Area but add a Smart Shape of your own with states for Success or Fail messages.  Use a Conditional Action triggered ON Slide Enter to show whichever Object State message would be most appropriate based on the System Variable that tracks the learners Pass/Fail status on the quiz.  Then you have complete control over the formatting.

This is indeed a styling option which is missing in the Object Style Manager, please log a feature request. Although the Review area has been deprecated a lot since several versions, it is only used on the Score slide and on quiz slides where answering was skipped.  Rod gave an alternative with states, can also be done with show/hide.  The condition can be based on the quizzing system variable cpQuizInfoPassFail which is a Boolean: will be 0 if the quiz is not passed, 1 if it is passed.  You could also choose to replace text by something else (audio, video, graphics) or to jump to another slide...
