but Captivate menus are now too tiny to read.

So far, this tryout has been a bust.

Does Captivate just not work with a "high-density" screen resolution?

Do I have to change my screen resolution in order for Captivate to display correctly?

If so, that is a definite show-stopper for me.

You only have to vhange dpiAwareness if you want to do a screen recrding (Video Demo or Software simulation) on a retina screen, because you need 1px/px.

For notmal Captivate work keep it set to 0 on retina screens. I keep an old system pur"ely for recording, which uses a non-retina monitor (1920x1200).
