Hello!

I'm creating an educational tutorial for my work using Adobe Captivate 2017. Each slide has the appropriate captions/caption times, but my coworkers are having trouble viewing them. The captions seem to be displayed just fine when using Firefox and Internet Explore on a PC, and are also displayed when I try viewing the tutorial with Firefox and Google Chrome on my Mac. However, the captions aren't working when I open the tutorial in Google Chrome on a PC.

I'm pretty new at using this software so any advice you guys could offer would be great!

The only time I've had this issue in Chrome is when the project is set to scale. Is that the case?
