Closed Captioning not working only on some slides in CP2019

I have added the closed captioning text to the slides, checked the show closed caption check box in settings, but they do not appear when viewing in HTML5.  They DO appear in any other preview.  The rest of the other slides with audio are working fine.  Any idea what is wrong?

Can you check the exact version number under Help, About Captivate please? Maybe you missed a patch.

CC can only appear if you have slide audio on a slide. Is that the case?

BTW I edit your topic title, because the most recent version of Captivate is 11.5.5.553. We are not yet at version 19. Both version 11.0 and 11.5 are also indicated as CP2019, hence your confusion.
