Collapse All in Table of Contents not working in Adobe Captivate 2019 Trial

I have selected "Collapse All" in the Table of Contents settings, but the TOC does not collapse. It stays open. Is this a known issue in the trial version?

Basically, I am trying to make TOC open in collapsed state  or hidden state when user is playing the project in HTML5.  User should click to open or un-collapse to view the Table of Contents.

I suspect you misunderstand the meaning of 'Collapse All'. It is meant to collapse all the entries in the TOC to the highest level. Example: if you have slide groups and slides, Collapse All will result in showing only the groups, with an expand icon to be used to expand a group.

HIding and showing a TOC is possible with those commands, or by using the system variables, but only for TOC in Overlay. Maybe you should download the free table with system variables from this blog:

Thank you very much. The "overlay" option is exactly what I wanted. It opens up the TOC in collapsed state with the 2 arrows. Much appreciated.
