CP Guru Email widget html5 not sending email or saving to table

Hi we have been using cp guru flash widget which sends email and also saves to the database using the php script. We recently updated to html5 widget for cp guru, its not sending the email or saving to the table. IS there any configuration that i am missing?

SWF widgets will not be compatible with HTML5 output.  You need to get in contact with CpGuru again to find out whether or not he has an HTML5 version of his widget.  If not, you will be unable to deliver the same functionality unless you can find another programmer to build you something similar.

I got the html5 version of the email widget, but it is not saving to the table or emailing? is there any configuration missing?

Are you testing the functionality from a web server or just locally from your hard drive? Since the widget relies on PHP functionality it would need to be accessed from a web server over HTTP. In any case, the person most likely to have answers as to why this isn't working is the widget creator himself.
