I am using $$cpQuizInfoStudentName$$ to capture the learners name from the LMS. However, when I click "Back" to look at past content and then return, $$cpQuizInfoStudentName$$ will capture the learner's name again but will also add "undefined" to the end of it. If I repeat the process (going back and forward), it will add "undefined" again. Can someone please explain what is happening and what can I do to prevent "undefined" from being added to the name once a learner returns to the screen. Thanks!

As a follow-up, generally speaking, $$cpQuizInfoStudentName$$ seems to be very touchy. I'm having difficulty getting it to work consistently. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
