Create an "I certify" module

I need to create a one or two slide max module that just has the user click the button to launch a document (from a url) and then have them "certify" they read it. Can I do this as a quiz question, and if so how can I trick it out to not seem like a quiz? The url is on an internal intra-net server so I don't want to use the web object becuase the thumbnail breaks and looks bad.

Add a button they have to click after having read that document (although no one can guarantee they did it really). Attach a score to that button, and set the Reporting to need a 100% score. You seem to ignore that scores can be attached to any interactive object as well. You can see all scores in the Advanced Interaction panel (F9). More info:
