Does video express 2017 no longer come with Presenter?

Presenter 11.1's shot up in price, and now it looks like it does not include Adobe Video Express 2017 along with it, as it did before. You now have to buy that outright?

Am I right?

APVE does come with Presenter for Windows. If you are on a Mac, then it is a stand alone application that can be purchased, as Presenter is not available on Mac.

It looks like you can buy just APVE for Win, but I'm not sure why you would.

I chatted them and found that out. The website purchase page is most unclear and I told them they should redesign it to make this clear! They have put the prices up a lot though as well which depresses me.
