Using Captivate 2019, I have created a drag and drop quiz question that works perfectly on the PC.  But it does not work on the iPad.  It visually looks fine but when you touch the drag object it doesn't detect my finger and so the interaction can not be completed.  I did publish as HTML5.

Thanks for any suggestions,

Can you mention the iOS version you are using? I see a lot of complaints with the most recent version on iPad.

Hi there, I also have this problem. I'm using Captivate version 11.5.0 and have a drag and drop feature that works perfectly on samsung devices, on desktop, on iPhone, but won't work on Apple iPad with ios 13.1.2. As with the original query, the drag and drop looks fine visually but when you touch the drag object it doesn't detect your finger so the interaction can't be completed. Does anyone know what might be the problem?

An update - We've switched from testing on the Apple iPad on Safari to Google Chrome and the drag and drop works! The issue seems to be only when using a combination of Safari and the iPad. Hope this is helpful for everyone else.
