After conversion of Captivate 2019 to Youtube widescreen SD mode, I am hearding dual audios. Can you please suggest any specific configuration settings for that?

Please offer the full version number as found under Help, About Captivate. There have been 7 releases under CP2019.
You published (not convert) to MP4? Was that from a cptx or a cpvc project? Too much information is lacking. Did you check audio management?
