Error Msg - Failed to back up the data

When I uncheck "Allow User to Review the Quiz" the project receives an error "Failed to back up the data" and Adobe Captivate 2017 crashes or hangs up and I have to kill the application. I found threads for previous versions of Captivate receiving this error message. Just curious if there is a fix... from the point I receive this message my file becomes corrupt. The files no longer backup correctly. I've had to recreate 1 file already and was trying to recreate a master when this last fail occurred. Any help is appreciated.
