Hello,
I encountered a big issue in Captivate. When I open a project in Captivate, I cannot save it, I cannot open another file and I cannont published in a zip folder. I have a message with "Unknown exception".
Anyone to help me please ?

Problem appears to be related to release 11.5.5.553.

I have seen the threads. Since I am on the same release, have double-checked but couldn't reproduce the problems. Someone suggested a conflict with Office 365, but I have also that package of applications on my system.

Can anyone find a resolution to this...I am not finding one as of yet. Same issue as other have stated...

I have contacted Adobe staff. Personally I don't have issues, double-checked by publishing a project in three ways: unzipped, zipped and as SCO (because some reference a zip utility). All fine.

Hi all,
It has come to our notice that some of the users are seeing the issue appearing again. The team is investigating this on top priority. Meanwhile, please try using Captivate in an offline mode.
