Getting a pop up error message saying ' Failed to add file to zip 2 compressed_data/data-667626037034.cpd Unknown exception The save zip file might get corrupted you should try creating the zip again" but it won't let me click either cancel or retry. The course also has a pop up showing the file saving at 50 % but seems to be frozen. I could send a screen shot, but I can't find this option either on this page.
Could it be related to not saving (or recording) an audio file properly? It seems to happen to my courses containing audio files.
Please help! This problem keeps happening and is affecting my deliverables Thank you...

Are you updated to the latest version (7.0.1.237)? We were having problems exporting some SCORM packages until this update was applied.
Good luck.

This appears to be a duplicate post. Please do not post the same issue in two different threads. It just annoys those that help you.

This is 2 different inquiries. My last post was specifically asking if there was a direct number to contact a Captivate rep/specialist. Thank you.

Sorry--thought you were on V7 already. I meant we had issues on V7 before the update to 7.0.1.237. Not to imply that paying to upgrade to 7 will fix this for you.

Is there a solution for this? I am having the same problem with a project that contains audio. I am on the latest Captivate version. I am not able to save my current file and the saving bar is frozen at 50% while compressing file and will not go away either.

Which specific format are you trying to publish to? HTML, SWF, EXE, which?
