Hello everyone,
Is it possible to make the user go to the next slide when they clicked on an answer?

Basically I would like to avoid having to click on the "Submit" button.

Thank you so much,
Marco

This would require an advanced or possible shared action. You would also be limited to single correct answers. Here is an example of such a custom solution that once built could be easily replicated. https://youtu.be/gdKuAt7o7LE

If you talk about the default quiz slides in Captivate, the answer is clearly NO. The Submit button is one of the embedded objects, even the most important one. If you take out the Submit button you simply lose all functionality of the quiz slide.  Meaning of the embedded objects is explained in this blog:

https://elearning.adobe.com/2019/02/captivates-quizzes-2-submit-process/

There are tweaking possibilities, but taking out the Submit button is not amongst them. Here is one example (have described several use cases:

https://elearning.adobe.com/2019/04/quiz-tweak-4-submit-process/

If you need to report the score to a LMS, I would be very careful. It is perfectly possible to create custom questions of most types, but attaching a score is not always that easy. Moreover you will lose a lot of the functionality of the default quiz slides: import GIFT/CSV, multiple attempts on Quiz level, Review feature... Some of those features can be mimicked in a custom way using advanced/shared actions or JS but it will be a lot of work if you have lot of questions in the quiz. I am not yet talking about Branch aware, bookmarking when course is left during the quiz, use of question pools. Example of a custom question (you can find a lot more on my personal blog):
