Define "too big". Are you saying the physical dimensions (Width and Height) are too large? Or are you referring to the byte size of the published file?

If it's physical dimensions, you can take a project in Captivate and re-scale it.

If it's the byte size, you might want to consider breaking the video into smaller segments.
