How to validate the Cpt 2019 version ?

Hello !...

I had a monthly subscription for Cpt 2017, which is still active.

But I downloaded the Cpt 2019 version, and used it for a few days now.

But this morning, I received a mail from Adobe saying that I used Cpt 2019 in a trial version ??... (And that I only have 15 days left...)

Vous êtes à la moitié de votre PÉRIODE d'essai d'Adobe Captivate (2019 release) !

What do I have to do, to validate the 2019 version definitively ?

(I don't want to lose my work !!...)

Normalement vous avez le droit d'installer deux versions de Captivate avec une license de souscription. Je vais essayer de contacter quelqu'un pour vous aider

Est-ce que vous avez utlisié la même identification Adobe ID pour l'installation de CP2019 que celle liée avec la license?

Je crois bien avoir tout fait correctement ???...

Et quand je regarde "Aide" dans la barre de tâche en haut de l'écran de Cpt 2019, c'est bien mon adresse mail (celle que j'ai utilisé pour Adobe et Cpt 2017) qui est affichée.

So I get to my Adobe page...

Find your serial number

I followed the steps and finally arrived to this page :

So does this mean everything is ok ???

And I can't find my serial number anywhere...

J'ai finalement désinstallé Cpt 2019 et tenté de réinstaller une nouvelle version à partir du message qui apparaît au lancement de Cpt 2017.

Tout s'est bien passé...

Mais quand j'ai lancé Cpt 2019, il ne m'a jamais demandé mon ID !!... (et je retrouve mon e-mail dans la barre de tâche en haut sous l'onglet "aide")

Comment donc recevoir confirmation que ma version n'est pas une version d'essai ??...

I had also contacted the support (via the mail address given in the mail).

So I was contacted by mail, gave my phone number and finally received a call from India !!... from Adobe support.

One girl took the power on my computer and finally told me everything was ok !... And that I don't have to care about the mail !...

(In fact she told me that when I open Cpt 2019, if there is no such message, it means that it's ok...)

I cross my fingers (as I have already worked a lot with Cpt 2019 !...) and wait 15 days...
