I have been using Captivate 2017. Re-install on new laptop fails - error 103

I have new laptop - Intel Xeon(R) E-2276M 2.8Ghz, 32GB machine. Captivate 17 runs fine on my old, smaller machine.

When I download on the new machine, I keep getting the error 103 that tells you to re-download and try again. Is there a magic number of times to do this? The few times I have now tried, I keep getting the same thing. Captivate has never been installed on this machine before.
