I own software but says I only have a trial version - I have been using for 2 years and nowwon;t let me in other than as a 30 day trial,  What is up with that!

OK. That's a very old version now. The current version is effectively CP 11.

It would seem that Adobe's licensing server may be assuming you would have been on a more recent version by now.  You will need to get an Adobe staff member involved to rectify the situation.

They DO sometimes watch these forums.

If you have got the serial Number, You can activate Captivate 8 by launching it and clicking on License This Software and enter serial key to activate the product.

I had to input the serial number and now it works – luckily I hadn’t buried the paperrwork too deeply – bought it a few years ago!
