We have an existing Captivate project with a Next smart object that should advance user to the next screen. Prior to release of new Captivate it was working seemlessly, but now it will not advance users forward when using IE11. Works perfectly on Safari and Chrome.

Any suggestions? IE is our default browser at all business locations. This is being published as a scorm file and being loaded into our LMS

If it works in other browsers than it's probably a fault with Internet Explorer. While you might be able to troubleshoot the problem, In the meantime I would encourage your IT department to switch to a modern browser. While IE11 is still patched for security concerns, no further development is occurring. Microsoft focuses all their energy into developing the Edge browser.

Take a look at how poorly IE11 does over on HTML5Test. As you can see the current versions of both Chrome and Edge have more elements of HTML5 implemented.
