Importing OAM file correctly.

Hello there.

I use Captivate for a pretty specific use case.

I make all of my content inside of Adobe Animate and then export as an AOM. I then import that into Captivate and eventually export it as a learning object.

Somewhere along the way I am getting some strange things happening.

My stage within Animate is 1280 x 720.

When I import to Captivate however, I get large borders around the top and the bottom of the content (once I have extended it to the full width.

I can't just move the content to the top of the container because it is in a 'fluid container' and therefore it would ruin the responsiveness.

If anyone knows how to correctly import AOM files to the correct size of player that'd be awesome.

Thanks

Your issue sounds like the OAM itself is not responsive.  Is that likely, or did you set it up in Animate to be fully responsive?

Have you tried the option for Scale to Fill Visible Area?

I have just made a working 'template' so all sorted now.

Although it wasn't the right answer, you put me in the right place of thinking so thanks for that Rod.

I just ended up taking the 'both' away from center stage and made it only center horizontally. Now I don't have to worry about the border above the stage.

Sorted.

Cheers mate.
