Hello,

I am new to working with Captivate and when my IT team try to integrate my module they receive the following error. There are very few people with Captivate knowledge who can pinpoint the error.

Is anyone able to shed any light on what's going wrong?

Could you provide more details please?

Is the "IT Team" the people behind your Learning Management System?  If so, is this error being flagged by their LMS or is it just because they are running very strict error messaging in the browser?  (Not all errors will actually prevent your course from successfully running for end users.)

One thing you should always do when LMS people say there is something wrong with a Captivate SCORM module is to upload the same module to SCORM Cloud and see if it works there. If it does, go back to your LMS people and ask them why their LMS has a problem.
