Hello All,

There was a similar thread that was never answered, however, I want to bring it back to our attention as I'm still having issues with it.

Issue: Knowledge Checks when rendered in LMS (Sumtotal) are rendering Knowledge checks with disappearing questions and/or answer as shown in attached.

      • It's not consistent in which knowledge check it happens to.

Solutions Tried:

      • Re-created Knowledge checks to rid any bugs
      • Re-uploaded course
      • Decreased file size
      • Manipulated Network settings to see if it was bandwidth

Settings:

      • Captivate 10.0.1.285
      • LMS - Sumtotal
      • Browser - Internet Explorer 9-11df.jpg

Hi,

did you try to open it in other browsers to see if this is a IE issue?

Can you include a screenshot of your export settings?

IE is a very poor concerning HTML5 support.

Which theme are you using, please? Was it created in this version of Captivate or is it an upgraded older theme?

From what I can see on that photo (a screenshot would have been better) you seem to have deleted a lot of embedded objects on that quiz slide. That could also cause issues. Embedded objects have no individual timeline, not on the quizzing master slide nor on the question slides themselves.
