learner_response only showing: type_the_answer_here

Help!

I have created a quiz, with the correct setting to record answers, but not all of the learner responses are showing.

It only shows a return of 'type_the_answer_here'.

What might I be doing wrong?

Hiya, a mix of questions...

Someone has just mentioned that it was from a test quiz I created with no specific answers typed in, so maybe this is the reason why?

The given answer shown is the default answer in the placeholder for answers. That means, whatever answer the learner has chosen in the MCQ questions, it will be that text. You should type in the answers as asked for, and the report will show the given answer in that case.
