Hi I am trying to set up a learning programme in captivate, but I cannot see all courses that I published. Thus, I cannot include all courses that I want. I checked some common things, they are all manager approved. But there is also no pattern, since one course that is manager approved, I can add.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

I suspect this is not a Captivate question but a question for the Captivate Prime forum?

In Captivate Prime, you must add all of the modules from the Author role to the Content Library.

Once there - you will be able to select them to be a part of your course.

Once the courses are made - you can enter them into a Learning Program.

Make sure - though - that the courses have been published and are not still accidentally in Draft status.

Hopefully that is helpful in some way.
