I apologise if this has been answered before. I have created many courses using Captivate 2019 but sometimes I receive a query where an empoyee has passed a course (we have quiz's on each course with a pass rate of 80%) but this has not regiesterd with the LMS which is SAP Success Factors. 1 course has been completed by over 200 people, yet 2 others have this problem ? I have asked that they use Chrome, delete there cache and ensure that they use the X button at the bottom of the screen to close the training, but I am relying on them actually doing this instead of them just saying that they have actioned this. Am I missing anything else that I can ask them to try ??
Also, could someone explain why deleting the cache works in these cases?
Make sure they always move at least one slide beyond the Quiz Results slide before terminating the session. If it is a particular small group of users that always seem to be having the issue, it's possible that their SCORM API connection with the LMS is somehow being interrupted before completing the module. Try to get them to complete the module without any interruptions and without linking out to any other web URLs along the way. Make them give undivided attention to the course module.
