Just purchased and downloaded my license for Captivate 2019. My PC will open the app but it crashes as soon as I choose to create a new project or try to open an existing file. My older files open on my Mac with the trial version. Any direction would be appreciated. I feel I am missing something fundamental.
I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Captivate forum so that proper help can be offered.
