OAM file won't resize

Using CP2019.  There are some OAM files to go in a project but the person that created them made them bigger than we can use.  We've tried resizing it like an image but it clips off some of the content.  Do we need to go back to Animate and resize it?  Is there a way within Captivate?

There is no way to resize it in Captivate. You'll need to use Animate.

To add to Lieve's remarks: You will either need to get the original developer to make the changes in the FLA project file that was used to create these OAMs and then republish new OAMs for you at the revised size, or else you will need to obtain the FLA files and edit them yourself in Adobe Animate.
