Option missing in questions imported from CSV (Cp 11.5.0.476)

I used .csv files to import questions since the feature was first added.

Today, I imported questions using a .csv file for the first time since I upgraded to 11.5.0.476. All of the questions I imported were multiple choice questions with 4 options. After importing, all questions had only 3 options. I had to manually insert the fourth option to each question.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, does anyone know why it is happening. I set up the .csv files in the same way I have in the past for all the successful imports I'm completed in the past.

I still use GIFT because loclalisation is easier than with CSV. But I will try to double-check tomorrow to see if I can reproduce the issue you eperienced. I still have one system with 11.0.1 and one with 11.5.

No, sorry, didn't find the time to do so. I gave completely up with the CSV import,  it wastes too much time compared with GIFT.
