Presenter won't close after quiz

I've created a quiz, but the "Continue" button on the final slide does not exit the presentation when the quiz is completed. There doesn't seem to be any settings that I can change for that button's execution, so I'm not sure how the learner is supposed to complete the quiz and return to the LMS.

If the Quiz Results page is the last slide in your presentation, then there is nothing for the presentation to 'Continue' on to. Even if the action is set to close the presentation or push to a URL, you need a slide after the quiz results page for the action to be executed.

I inserted a blank slide after the results page, but the presentation still won't close. I have a button on both the results slide and on the final slide that is hyperlinked to "End Show," but they don't do anything on either page.
