Once I make a Simulation and then a seperate (but equal) Training, what is the best way to present these to the learners.  I've seen sample that seem to have these choices within a presentation.   Is there a template?  Are there good examples of how to let learners navigate to choose which flavor they want?

You just need to create at least one extra slide, to offer the choice. Copy/paste all slides from one file to the other file. The extra slide needs two interactive objects: one jumps to the first slide of the demonstration , one to the first slide of the training. Very easy.

To return to that first slide, you'll need a Back button on the last slide of  both training and demonstration.
