Hi guys,

Quick question - is there any way we can add some prompt message to the users when they are closing the course?

Like "Are you sure to close the window?" "Yes or No" - something like that.

TIA

Adobe Captivate can only control so much. If a user wants to close their browser there is nothing you can do about that. The only way that can be prompted is if the user is in the middle of a filling a field out but again, that's more a function of the browser.

This may not exactly be a full solution but it may help some users if you provide them with an exit button as I have in this course.

By clicking the close button of the window or by clicking an Exit button (customized in the captivate itself). Let's say the learner accidentally clicked the window while the course is running, it should have a prompt so the user aware and have option if he will cancel or close the window.
